Shipping Policy
Online purchases are subject to these general conditions of purchase which establish the rights and obligations of Luxar Esthétique and the customer. The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these general conditions of purchase before placing orders and online purchases. The general conditions of purchase come into force when the customer places his order.
Luxar Esthétique reserves the right to limit the quantities available for the online purchase of its products and to cancel any order, whatever the reason, in which case the customer will be informed by email or telephone and a refund full will be made.
No promotion can be combined with another offer.
Payment for online purchases must be made with one of the following two valid credit cards: Visa or MasterCard. Prices shown are in Canadian dollars.
The final validation of the order occurs after the validation of the payment. Please pay particular attention to this information. The confirmation of your purchases commits you to the order and the veracity of the information transmitted, i.e. the accuracy of the email, the billing and delivery address as well as personal information. Luxar Esthétique cannot be held responsible for errors made by the customer, delays in delivery or the impossibility of delivering the products ordered because of these errors. We suggest that you keep the confirmation of your order online to check if an error has slipped into it upon receipt.
Luxar Esthétique reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of refusal of authorization of payment or verification of the credit card by officially accredited bodies. This reservation is also maintained if Luxar Esthétique justifies this use as being fraudulent.
Exchanges and refunds
If a refund request were to reach Luxar Esthétique, this request must be assessed by our customer service department. If necessary, Luxar Esthétique reserves the right to use your telephone number or email address to contact you as soon as possible. The transport costs for the return must be paid by the customer. If the free transport option was chosen during the initial order and there is a request for reimbursement, the customer will have to pay the transport costs previously paid by Luxar Esthétique.
